How Local Pick Up Works:
We offer local pick up at 2 different locations. Our business office located at 9701 Apollo Dr. Largo MD 20774 and at Serengeti Gallery in Capital Heights MD.
Pick Up is usually offered on Wed/Thursday: late evening hours and on Saturdays after mid-day by appointment.
The option to select pick up will appear during buying process after you select the "CHECK OUT" button. During check out, the option for pick up will appear right before the payment screen.
After your order is processed which is usually 2-3 days, you will then receive an email with a calendar invite. From there you can select the date and time that works best for you. The pick location will be specified in the invite.
And that's it, pick up in a nutshell! We are so excited to offer this option to our customers which saves $$$$ in shipping cost.
As a courtesy we will keep your order for up to 2 weeks to accommodate your schedule however we will have to cancel your order after 2 weeks if no pick up date is booked. Thanks for understanding and please email us if you have a special circumstance, we will work with you.
