Perfume Safe Fragrances
Fragrances that have an IFRA Max of 20-25% or more are ideal for parfum making in terms of performance. Please never use the ifra max if its at or above the industry standard(5-40%) for perfume making.
Keep in mind that any perfume that goes over 69-70% alcohol will need a license to ship by the vendor and must shipped via ground. This is not legal shipping advice, so please consult a business lawyer and perfom your own research.
